West African giraffe (2024) - personal work
graphite - A4
Where it started
Illustrator committed to the communication of scientific knowledge, my love and interest for nature pushed me toward an academic education in natural sciences. During my Master at the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle in Paris, I studied the duality of drawing as a mean of investigation first and mediation then for scientific researchers. To do this, I based my work on historical botanical and ethnobotanical collections to enhance the value of 'dormant' heritage and show the importance of graphically processing scientific knowledge to include a wider audience such as the general public.
How we can work together
I work in collaboration with any professional or private - be it an person or an institution - wishing to :
illustrate articles, books or presentations (panels, posters, slide shows, etc.) for scientific purposes and all fields considered.
improve and format figures and/or posters according to the authors' instructions.
illustrate articles, books or presentations for mediation purposes.
develop a visual identity for an event or a brand (logotype, merchandising ...)
I also propose to carry out private commissions and sell my personal work. For more information, please contact me using the contact form or the available informations.
